A rich tapestrty of never-ending wilderness, emerald forests and crystal
clear waters invites you to the southern tip of Africa. Here you’ll find
Seagulls Nest, nestled in Plettenberg Bay, in the heart of the Garden Route.
Witness the shy Knysna Loerie display its brilliant colours in
flight. Not far away you’ll be able to hear the lulling sound of waves
breaking onto the shore where mile upon mile of pristine beaches
stretch as far as the eye can see.

taken by the natural beauty of the bay, he named it after himself.
Plettenberg Bay, as it later became known, embraces one of the most
glorious sweeps of coastal scenery in South Africa.
